Job summary

HL Mando Corporation in Hogansville, GA is seeking a Production Operator - Mold to perform manufacturing tasks safely and efficiently, ensuring quality and on-time production. This role requires the ability to lift and move materials, read blueprints, and work overtime as needed.

You will operate mold production equipment, follow procedures, contribute to 5S housekeeping, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds on a somewhat repetitive basis.
• Able to bend, stoop, and reach on a somewhat repetitive basis.
• Able to use and operate tools and equipment consistent with the assigned job.
• Able to produce and inspect parts with conform to product and quality specifications.
• Able to work overtime during the week and on weekends as needed; at times this will be necessary on short notice as business conditions change.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety guidelines.
• Promote MAC Quality Policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow procedures, work instructions, quality alerts, and other documentation.
• Meet or exceed quality standards.
• Participate in 5S and housekeeping activities.
• Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance as applicable.
• Complete assigned work timely, efficiently, and accurately.
• Prepare required documentation on time.
• Maintain training on multiple operations to enhance flexibility.
• Support continual improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Communicate promptly to assure MAC success.
• Work with MAC Policies and Procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
