Job summary

HL Mando America Corporation in Hogansville, Georgia is seeking a Production Engineering Technician to support manufacturing by setting up machines, changing tools, and overseeing model changeovers. Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or foreign equivalent and 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Includes GD&T, CNC operation and simple programming, robotics, and use of gauges.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup, tool changes, and model changeovers per procedures.
• Operate and monitor machining equipment and measurement tools daily.
• Assist in maintaining control plans, check sheets, and work standards.
• Review quality data and report non-conformances to engineers or supervisors.
• Support engineers during new part trials and production line tryouts.
• Maintain 5S and workplace organization; follow safety rules and SOPs.

Job Description

Production Engineering Technicianpositions offered byHL Mando America Corporation(Hogansville, Georgia).Perform machine setup, tool change, and model changeover following established procedures and work instructions. Support daily production by operating and monitoring machining equipment and measurement tools. Assist in maintaining process and quality documents such as control plans, check sheets, and work standards. Review basic quality data and report non-conformances to engineers or supervisors. Support corrective actions by performing checks, adjustments, and data collection as instructed. Assist engineers during new part trials, sample runs, and production line tryouts. Conduct routine inspection using gauges and measurement equipment and record results accurately. Troubleshoot basic machine, tooling, and process issues on the shop floor and elevate when needed. Maintain 5S and workplace organization standards in assigned production areas. Follow all HL Mando America policies, safety rules, and standard operating procedures. Support continuous improvement and cost reduction activities as directed.

• Requires a high school diploma or foreign equivalent and 1 year of technical or manufacturing experience.
• Education, training, or experience must include: Working with machine drawings and GD&T symbols; CNC machine operation and simple program adjustment; Working with industrial robots (6-axis or multi-axis) in a production environment; Use of gauges and measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, or closely related; Reading and following technical work instructions and standard procedures; and Use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
