Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year university degree in Manufacturing Engineering or comparable background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab).
• Experience with drawing/design reviews and process documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Production line control and management.
• Update and manage production/process documents (PFMEA, Control plan, Work standard, Process flow, Work instruction).
• Manage machine changes/modifications and EO history (parameters/settings).
• Prepare and manage spare parts.
• Analyze specifications for new models and plan tooling/modifications.
• Lead sample builds during new model development.
• Create PPAP materials and respond to customer requests.
• Process improvement and reducing downtime across processes.
• Analyze FTT, NG rate and capability to meet production targets.
• Perform common team tasks (HPS, PR).
• Daytime work is 8:00–17:00 with 1 hour lunch; overtime possible on weekends/holidays.
