Job summary

HL Mando America Corporation in Hogansville, GA seeks a Maintenance Technician to upkeep and repair plant equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance on the factory floor. You will set up machines for production and repair piping, electrical and hydraulic systems, while troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical diagrams.

The role requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with Omron PLCs, and the ability to read schematics and

Qualifications

2-year technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical field preferred.
Ability to interpret hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams and blueprints.
Ability to read and diagnose complex electrical circuits and Ladder Logic.
Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting/programming and networking (Omron preferred).

Responsibilities

Repair mechanical equipment on plant machinery.
Set up machines for production.
Connect pneumatic and hydraulic lines to equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Install replacement parts and order parts as necessary.
Repair leaks on machinery.
Install, maintain and repair piping, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ensure compliance with company safety practices.
Assist operators in equipment try-outs after servicing.
