Job summary
HL Mando Corporation in Hogansville, GA is seeking a Production/Manufacturing Engineer to design and improve manufacturing processes, review equipment details, and maintain essential documents. You will analyze current processes, reduce downtime, and lead sample builds for new models, with daytime hours and overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- 4 Year university degree and/or comparable background of work-related experience in Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and analytical software
- Experience with PFMEA, control plans and process documentation
Responsibilities
- Production line control and management
- Update and manage Production and Process documents
- Lead PPAP materials and respond to customer requests
- Analyze FTT, NG rate and capability; drive process improvements
- Reduce downtime and optimize overall equipment effectiveness
- Support new model development with tooling and samples
