Job summary
Pride Engineering, a division of ProMach based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Manager to lead all manufacturing operations and ensure the safe, efficient production of high‑quality tooling and components for the can-making industry. You will oversee machining, assembly, inspection, and related production support functions while driving lean improvements, safety, and quality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 8-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Proven track record in Lean manufacturing, safety, and quality systems.
- Experience leading precision machine shop operations including CNC, milling, turning, and grinding.
Responsibilities
- Lead machine shop and manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
- Balance daily production needs with long-term capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and mentor supervisors and manufacturing personnel; drive employee engagement.
