You will drive Lean initiatives, manage schedules, mentor supervisors, partner with Engineering and Supply Chain, and balance day‑to‑day needs with long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years in manufacturing/operations leadership with proven results.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine shop and manufacturing operations including CNC and assembly.
• Balance daily execution with long-term strategic initiatives to drive growth.
• Establish KPIs for safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity.
• Coordinate maintenance and capital investment planning.
• Foster accountability and employee engagement across teams.
