TECOMET in Newtown, PA seeks a Manual Machinist to operate manual machines for unusual and diversified parts in stainless steel and other alloys. You will read blueprints, set up equipment, perform light finishing, and document work through routings and inspection reports.

You will maintain a safe, organized work area, collaborate with engineering on fixtures, and ensure on-time production. A high school diploma and at least 3 years of machine shop experience are preferred. Welding is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years machine shop experience, preferably in engineering environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform precise measurements.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers and inspection tools.
• Knowledge of basic shop mathematics and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Operate manual machinery (milling, lathe, drill press) per drawings.
• Rework parts per print with written/verbal instructions.
• Inspect components to ensure form, fit and dimensional criteria.
• Complete routings and inspection reports; document time entries.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area; support tooling and fixtures development.
• Assist in other production areas as needed and ensure on-time delivery.
