Ricoh is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to operate high‑volume print, copy, and production equipment, continually delivering quality results, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolutions to keep client operations running smoothly at on‑site locations.

You will provide exceptional customer service by handling requests, answering questions, managing inventory, and supporting mail, sorting, and distribution tasks, while promoting a safe, organized, and efficient work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, administrative, production, or office support role.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
