Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a Production Operator to work under supervision on routine duties within standard policies. You will operate concrete handling equipment, inspect output, and assist in maintaining production flow and changeovers.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience operating similar equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety procedures and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain concrete handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect product quality and adjust settings as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the Plant Supervisor.
• Perform machine setup, clean-up, and tasks related to product changes.
• Support daily production flow and reporting; execute daily business fundamentals.
• Cross-train on other production areas as needed.
