Job summary

CRH's Oldcastle Infrastructure division is seeking a Machine Operator to safely produce molded OES products in line with customer specifications and to prepare items for shipping. The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and adherence to safety routines in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, perform physical tasks, and maintain attention to detail while supporting efficient production and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Review production specifications for each SKU before shift.
• Remove product from machine to maintain cycle time and production schedule.
• Trim, file or cut excess flash from product per specifications.
• Inspect each piece to ensure quality and customer specs.
• Report quality issues, damage or inconsistencies promptly to minimize losses.
• Install or assemble components according to order specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation to prevent hazards.
