Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of loan servicing experience for Specialist I.
• 2+ years of loan servicing experience for Specialist II.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to telephone and walk-in customers.
• Process maintenance like loan payoffs, credit reporting, address changes, and imaging.
• Book new loans and handle commercial and consumer loan servicing duties.
• Support insurance, fallouts, and various department requests; assist with audits and testing.
