Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of loan servicing or related banking experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Ability to read, analyze loan documentation and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process loan renewals, extensions, and maintenance transactions.
• Analyze loans within the core system to ensure data integrity.
• Accept and process loan payments, including mortgage payments, transfers, and advances.
• Process escrow and insurance disbursements.
• Review and reconcile floor plan loans and monitor curtailments.
• Provide operational support to branches and internal departments regarding servicing inquiries.
