Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business or related field and 5–6 years of loan production or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of loan operations, policy and applicable regulations (GAAP/SOX/RESPA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; able to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and share responsibility for consumer and commercial loan portfolios.
• Enter, evaluate, and service complex loans; maintain loan data and documents.
• Coordinate daily workflow and train staff; maintain strong partner communications.
