The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for the accurate processing, maintenance, and servicing of the Bank’s loan portfolio. This position supports core loan system integrity, payment and escrow processing, participation accounting, and ongoing loan maintenance activities. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of loan documentation and regulatory compliance.
High school diploma or GED required. An associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of one to three years of experience in loan servicing, loan operations, accounting, or related banking functions is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
This position may require prolonged periods of sitting or standing and extended keyboard use. Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
