Qualifications

• This includes an Associate’s Degree in Business or related field and/or 5–6 years of experience in loan production.
• Advanced knowledge of loan operations and bank related processing.
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state lending guidelines and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and share responsibility for consumer and commercial loan portfolios.
• Enter and maintain loan data, evaluate documents, and service complex commercial loans.
• Manage daily transactions with accurate distribution or collection of funds.
• Coordinate with Credit Administration to reflect credit deterioration and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Train staff and maintain extensive contact with business partners to resolve issues.
