Prism Bank in Oklahoma City is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to provide administrative support to the Lending area under supervision of the Loan Operations Manager.

You will book loans, index documents, review exceptions, process payments, prepare reports, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong communication to support lenders, staff, and customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of secretarial or clerical experience in a bank environment preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with loan platform software (CSI, nCino, LaserPro) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Book new, renewed, and modified loans accurately.
• Index and maintain loan documents and records in imaging systems.
• Review new, renewed, and modified loans for documentation and system exceptions.
• Process incoming loan payments and post to correct loan accounts.
• Prepare and file UCC/EFS continuations and mortgage releases as required.
• Reconcile loan-related accounts and research unposted items.
