Job summary

Dominion Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join a rapidly expanding team across the United States. The role focuses on converting inbound prequalified leads into closed loan applications and delivering tailored financing options for real estate investors.

The successful candidate will manage ongoing communication with borrowers, maintain relationships with warm leads, and work within an AI-enabled environment to optimize processes and outcomes.

• Evaluate loan applications and supporting financial documentation.
• Structure financing options for investment properties using DFS products.
• Communicate regularly with borrowers to provide updates and guide them through the process.
