Job summary

Wet Willie's is seeking a kitchen professional to accurately cook meats, fish, vegetables and other hot food items and to plate with consistent presentation. The role requires adherence to recipes, maintaining station cleanliness and supporting kitchen operations during service.

The candidate will prepare items for broiling, grilling, frying or sautéing, uphold portion sizes, and assist with off-peak prep and closing duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications

• Accurately cook meats, seafood, vegetables and other items according to recipes.
• Ensure 100% quality of products served.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work station and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for cooking by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning or marinating.
• Plate and garnish dishes with proper presentation.
• Follow closing checklists and assist in closing the kitchen.
