Wet Willies is seeking a dependable kitchen team member to perform daily duties as directed by location management. You will prepare menu items according to Health Department standards and restaurant procedures, communicate effectively with coworkers, and follow safety guidelines for kitchen operations.

Candidates should observe proper storage procedures, label and rotate foods, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One year of previous kitchen or related experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Health Department standards and restaurant procedures.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Follow safety guidelines for kitchen operations & equipment.
• Observe proper storage procedures according to restaurant & Health Department standards.
• Label, date & rotate all food products as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
