Job summary

Blueworx is seeking an experienced Lathe Operator to join its Tulsa, OK manufacturing team. You will operate and set up lathe machines to produce precision parts, reading blueprints and ensuring parts meet specifications.

Ideal candidates will have experience with manual or CNC lathes, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous lathe or machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up lathe machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and tooling changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
