Blueworx is seeking a Machinist to read blueprints, set up and operate CNC and manual machines, and produce parts per specifications. The role includes inspecting finished parts, adjusting offsets, and maintaining tooling and records in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have basic CNC programming knowledge, 2+ years of related experience, and strong attention to detail. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in this on-site position in Tulsa, OK.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic programming and operating CNC machines or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of CNC/manual machining experience in a related industry.
• Basic math, geometry, and trigonometry preferred.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and hand tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Reads and interprets blueprints and drawings to machine parts.
• Sets-up and operates conventional and CNC machines.
• Reworks molds and tools as needed.
• Completes related paperwork and records.
• Makes offset changes and runs CNC/manual machines per drawings.
• Inspects parts to ensure dimensions with micrometers/calipers.
• Gets correct tooling for the job under supervision.
• Maintains clean work area and equipment.
