Blueworx Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Claremore area team. You will interpret specifications, set up tooling, operate CNC equipment, and ensure parts meet quality standards in a safety-focused environment.

This role offers first or second shift work in Tulsa area with competitive pay and benefits. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong math and detail orientation, and the ability to work with complex machines in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Above-average mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply customer specifications and job requirements.
• Enter specifications and necessary information into CNC machines.
• Set up and prepare tooling for CNC machinery.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Inspect work and maintain attention to detail throughout the machining process.
• Follow 5S principles and keep the work area clean, organized, and efficient.
• Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
