Job summary

Iconex LLC is seeking a production operator to set up and run slitting equipment according to quality and productivity standards. You will monitor machines, perform basic repairs, and ensure correct materials are used with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

The role involves working with raw materials, maintaining equipment, and responding to production issues identified during inspection, while upholding safety policies and regular attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate slitting equipment to produce product according to quality and productivity requirements
• Ensure equipment runs in accordance with operational standards
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
• Ensure the correct raw materials are being processed
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all company safety policies and procedures and reports unsafe conditions and incidents
• Make adjustment to machines during production by responding to problems found during visual inspection
