Responsibilities

• Operate slitting machinery with a focus on safety and productivity.
• Navigate digital shop-floor interfaces and master overall equipment functionality.
• Ensure tasks meet quality benchmarks and product process documentation.
• Develop understanding of scanning procedures and palletizing workflows.
• Collaborate with Press Operators to address quality concerns.
• Proactively flag potential issues to press team, QA, or plant leadership.
• Engage in regular team discussions on safety and quality standards.
• Handle hazardous waste disposal per facility protocols.
• Execute production tasks with high speed and precision.
• Lift loads up to 45 lbs.
• Be flexible for overtime as needed by business.
