Job summary

Iconex LLC, an M2S Group company, seeks a dependable Manufacturing Associate to support facility operations. You will follow all EHS policies, assist CI projects, and move materials from raw materials to finished goods.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, basic math and computer skills, and a team‑oriented, safety-conscious mindset with reliable attendance. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows all EHS policies, practices, and procedures.
• Supports Continuous Improvement (CI) tasks, projects, and initiatives.
• Identifies and loads raw materials (PS Stock, Paper, Boxes, Cores).
• Identifies and unloads finished goods.
• Builds & labels boxes and then packs and seals boxes.
• Operates bagger and tape machine.
• Read and understand copy folder and supporting documentation.
• Complete all quality related paperwork.
