Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Must comply with safety standards and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform set-up and operate slitting equipment to produce product according to quality and productivity requirements.
• Ensure equipment runs in accordance with operational standards.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Ensure the correct raw materials are being processed.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all company safety policies and procedures and reports unsafe conditions and incidents.
• Make adjustment to machines during production by responding to problems found during visual inspection.
