Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Injection Molding Process Technician or similar role.
• Experience with mold changeovers, machine setup, and start-ups.
• Ability to troubleshoot molding defects and process-related issues.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, indicators).
• Strong reading and interpretation of setup sheets and process docs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, changeover, and start up molds for production runs.
• Document and adjust process parameters for quality and yield.
• Monitor production and perform in-process inspections.
• Troubleshoot defects and process variations to maintain performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
