EPTAM Precision Molding is seeking a Senior Process Technician for the 2nd shift at our Phillipsburg, NJ facility. The role involves maintaining production yields, coordinating with shifts, and executing toolchanges to keep the process at peak efficiency.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage with a 10% second-shift differential. Responsibilities include developing injection molding processes, validating molds and work cells, and ensuring quality through statistical controls.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Scientific Molding principles and processes.
• Minimum 5+ years in injection molding operations.
• Experience in a 24/7 molding environment.
• Good written and verbal communication with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production yields by inspecting reports and coordinating with shifts.
• Direct and execute toolchanges per production schedule.
• Develop and optimize injection molding processes using scientific methods.
• Validate molds and work cells through IQ/OQ/PQ validation.
• Monitor quality with statistical process controls and process documentation.
• Support lean manufacturing and cycle-time improvements.
• Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
