Job summary

You will set up and monitor machines, perform changeovers, and collaborate with Quality and Maintenance to improve cycle times and efficiency. 2nd or 3rd shift availability is required.

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to join a manufacturing team in Easton, PA. This is a hands‑on opportunity for a skilled technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and experience optimizing injection molding processes.

About the Role

This role involves working with injection molding machines and requires a technician who can effectively troubleshoot and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, adjust, and monitor injection molding machines
• Perform machine and mold changeovers and optimize process parameters
• Troubleshoot process, machine, and tooling issues during production
• Inspect molded parts and maintain required quality standards
• Document process settings, production information, and adjustments
• Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams
• Support and train machine operators on proper production processes
• Identify opportunities to improve cycle times, scrap rates, quality, and overall efficiency
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment

Qualifications

• Previous injection molding/process technician experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with quality control and defect identification
• Hands‑on ability to adjust and optimize molding processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Manufacturing experience in a fast‑paced production environment preferred
• Ability and willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift

Pay range and compensation package

Easton, Pennsylvania 2nd & 3rd Shift | Full-Time | On-Site
