Viant Medical Inc. in Puerto Rico is seeking a hands-on Molding Operator to operate injection molding machines daily, ensuring products meet specifications and GMP standards. You will follow supervisor directions, manage labeling/paperwork, and support quarterly machine cleanings.

The role requires a quality-focused mindset, basic mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to work rotating shifts. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow in a labeling and packaging

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1 year of manufacturing/operator experience preferred.
• Quality-focused with mechanical aptitude; able to work rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Operate injection molding machines on a daily basis.
• Follow GMP procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Ensure production meets specifications and maintains quality.
• Notify quality inspectors and supervisors of problems with product or machines.
• Ensure correct packaging and complete labels and paperwork.
• Adhere to SOP-005 machine operator procedure.
• Participate in quarterly major cleanings when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
