Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a motivated individual to join the team on the 3rd shift (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM) in a busy injection molding environment in Puerto Rico and the USA. You will supervise, train, and evaluate staff while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance throughout the shift.

The role requires experience with injection molding processes, machine setup, and troubleshooting, along with strong communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Exposure to Injection Molding processes is expected.
• Knowledge or training in GMP and SPC is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with people.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct third-shift production activities.
• Train and provide guidance to new hires.
• Evaluate employee performance on a timely basis.
• Maintain plant safety, security, and compliance throughout the shift.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of products manufactured during the shift.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintain proper organization, housekeeping, and cleanliness of the work area.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of processes and equipment.
• Complete and maintain required production and process documentation.
• Perform plant closing procedures at the end of the week.
• Ensure all responsibilities of supervised personnel are properly completed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
