Job summary

Viant Medical Inc. seeks a Process Technician II to operate and troubleshoot injection molding processes on multiple presses (10-1000T) in a fast-paced medical manufacturing environment.

You will conduct mold changes, document changes, and collaborate with the Shift Supervisor to ensure production targets, quality, and safety are met. Candidates should have 5+ years in medical molding with robotics experience and be able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Injection Molding Process Technician role.
• Experience with medical molding operations and robotics.
• Must provide own tools.
• Strong root-cause troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start and process injection molding machines per standard work.
• Ensure secondary equipment is set up and running correctly.
• Diagnose production problems and make adjustments.
• Document cycle changes and log production details.
• Communicate equipment issues to Shift Supervisor.
• Perform TPM on assigned presses.
• Maintain tooling setup documentation and cleanliness.
• Assist teams with operational problems and training.
