Job summary

Viant Medical Inc. is seeking a manufacturing associate for a 3rd shift role to operate injection molding equipment and ensure products are produced to GMP and ISO-13485 standards. The position emphasizes quality, documentation, and teamwork in a climate-controlled clean room environment.

The role requires at least 3 years in fast-paced manufacturing, strong attendance, and good English communication. On-the-job training and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Injection molding experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in assembly procedures.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills; intermediate computer skills to generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines, maintaining productivity, efficiency and product quality.
• Perform visual inspection and testing to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Report data and coordinate with maintenance for machine errors.
• Separate parts from runners and trim excess plastic as needed.
• Fetch bins of parts from shelves under machines.
• Provide breaks as required by lead or supervisor.
• Package parts and palletize product per work instructions.
