Marelli in Pulaski, TN seeks a Maintenance Technician to join the Maintenance team. You will maintain injection molding machines and related equipment to ensure optimal performance, reliability and safety in Marelli’s manufacturing operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, document repairs, and collaborate with production, quality and engineering to drive improvements and reduce downtime.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines, robotics, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
• Use manuals, schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes of failures.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs and parts in Marelli procedures.
• Collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Ensure all work complies with Marelli safety policies and environmental standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for reliability, efficiency and cost reduction.
