Job summary

Marelli is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join the Pulaski, TN office. You will ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of injection molding machines and related equipment to maintain production efficiency and high-quality standards.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot diverse systems, and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement improvements. A safety-focused, flexible, on-site role with opportunity for growth in a global automotive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification in industrial maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining and repairing injection molding machines in automotive/manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and technical docs.
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines, robotics, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
• Read manuals, schematics, and diagnostics to identify root causes of failure.
• Document all maintenance and parts replacements per Marelli procedures.
• Collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Marelli safety policies and environmental standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for reliability and efficiency.
