Drive, a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier in Pulaski, TN, seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its manufacturing team. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliaries, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and support equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.

Formación

Manufacturing maintenance experience required.
Injection molding experience strongly preferred.
Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Responsabilidades

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliaries.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
Diagnose and repair production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine inspections and maintain maintenance records.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Support mold changes and ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols, and company policies.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues quickly.
