The position emphasizes meticulous process adherence, measurement accuracy with micrometers and torque wrenches, and data recording for production quality. Shift: 2nd, Mon-Fri, 2:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CNC equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift and stand for long periods.
• Strong basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate radius grinding of segments in the production line.
• Laser weld segments to cores according to specifications.
• Sharpen and expose grind blades.
• Set up and adjust radius grinder, laser welding, and sharpening machine parameters.
• Perform in-process quality checks using micrometers for height, thickness, and fit.
• Record quality data and report to Quality Control on inspection standards.
