Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Radius grinding of segments.
• Laser welding of segments to cores.
• Sharpening and exposure grinding of blades.
• Follow company policies to insure EPA and OSHA compliance.
• Set up and adjust radius grinder, laser welding & sharpening machine parameters.
• Perform in-process quality checks on segments including micrometer measurements.
• Record quality and order completion data.
• Coordinate with Quality Control on inspection techniques and standards.
