Job summary

Husqvarna Construction in Columbia, SC is seeking an HVL Laser Operator to join the high-volume blade assembly team. You will handle radius grinding, laser welding of segments to cores, and precision sharpening, ensuring adherence to EPA/OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous CNC equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push/pull and stand for long periods of time.
• Strong basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Radius grinding of segments.
• Laser welding of segments to cores.
• Sharpening and exposure grinding of blades.
• Set up and adjustment of radius grinder, laser welding machine and sharpening machine parameters.
• Maintain organization and select proper tooling for work requirements.
