Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of machines safely and cost-effectively according to company standards.
• Document proper documentation and HACCP records.
• Maintain meat quality and temperature and sanitation of work area.
• Load, operate, and troubleshoot machines; perform setup and teardown of equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and work within line speeds to meet production goals.
