Qualifications

• Certification: Must be able to obtain operating equipment certification.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; problem-solving and basic math skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain proper documentation and HACCP records.
• Ensure meat quality and correct temperatures during processing.
• Operate a powered industrial truck if required and trained.
• Set up and tear down machinery; install/remove dies, molds, tooling.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform sanitation of work area.
• Adapt to line speeds and changing demands; overtime/weekend work as needed.
