Qualifications

• No previous experience required; experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships available.
• Able to become certified on operating equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; problem solving and basic math skills.
• Physical: stand for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds; able to work at line speed.
• Environmental: work in varying temperature conditions.
• Flexibility: able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed, adapt to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Operate and document machine setup, operation, and tear down.
• Maintain meat quality and temperature; follow HACCP documentation.
• Safely operate powered industrial truck if required.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor adjustments.
• Ensure sanitation of work area and compliance with safety standards.
• Load and unload materials; monitor pressures, temperatures, weights, and sizes.
• Complete batch sheets and learn process transactions.
