Qualifications

• Very comfortable with basic math skills and ability to read a ruler.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in production flow.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learner, excellent attention to detail, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate orders and determine most efficient way to process and minimize waste.
• Gather raw materials necessary for order processing and return unused items to stock.
• Operate both computerized saws and traditional band saws.
• Cut/Shape foam with highest precision possible to customer specifications.
• Conduct basic scheduled maintenance for factory equipment.
• On-site attendance and punctuality required.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean working environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
