Job summary

Foamcraft, Inc. in Elkhart, IN is hiring Process Saw Operators for light manufacturing at our onsite facility. Training will be provided to operate a manual saw for custom foam fabrication.

You will measure and cut foam with accuracy, draw patterns, organize materials, and follow all safety rules. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role offers a team-focused environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret dimensions and perform quick, basic math tasks while focusing on safety.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Prior saw experience preferred but not required.

About the Role

Our Process Saw Operators are responsible for effectively operating their assigned manual saw for custom foam fabrication work. This is considered “light” manufacturing and we will provide training.

What You’ll Do

• Cutting foam with accuracy and in the correct quantity.

• Organizing cut materials in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Lifting and moving materials with proper techniques.
• Observing all safety rules and regulations.
