Job summary

Foamcraft seeks a Process Saw Operator for its Elkhart, IN facility. You will operate a manual saw for custom foam fabrication, following drawings and ensuring precise cuts while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

We provide training as this is considered light manufacturing. A positive attitude, basic math, and ability to read patterns are required. Prior saw experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret dimensions and perform quick, basic math tasks while focusing on safety.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to understand and follow all company policies and regulations.
• Prior saw experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cutting foam with accuracy and in the correct quantity.
• Drawing patterns and marking foam as directed.
• Organizing cut materials in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Lifting and moving materials with proper techniques.
• Observing all safety rules and regulations.
