Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor chop line machinery used in foam processing
• Cut foam blocks, sheets, and products according to production specifications
• Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and cutting instructions
• Measure and inspect foam products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
• Adjust machine settings to achieve required cut sizes and production efficiency
• Remove, stack, package, and label finished foam products
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Report machine malfunctions, quality issues, or material shortages to supervisors
