Addev Materials Healthcare (AMH) in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Flexographic Press Operator/Spooler to set up, operate, and maintain printing presses to meet exact customer specs in an ISO 13485 environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule and Friday, 6:00–10:00 AM.

Pay ranges from $24/hr to $28/hr. Ideal candidates can read specifications, perform precise color matching, and uphold quality standards throughout production.

Qualifications

• Experience with flexographic operations preferred.
• Ability to read job specifications and interpret drawings.
• Compute basic mathematical calculations for production setups.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses to meet specs.
• Drive quality, minimize waste, and support production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance within ISO 13485 environment.
