Role: Flexographic Press Operator/Spooler Machine Operator

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (on-site)

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 3:30 PM and Friday, 6 to 10 AM

Pay Range: $24/hr to $28/hr

The Role:

As a Flexographic Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce custom products that meet exact customer and engineering specifications. In this hands‑on role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to drive quality, minimize waste, support production efficiency, and ensure compliance within our ISO 13485 regulated environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Experience with flexographic operations, rotary die cutting, ink mixing and color matching is preferred
• Ability to read job specifications, interpret drawings and compute mathematical calculations is required

Physical Requirements:

• Employee must be able to stand continuously with occasional awkward positioning
• Employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds, with the assistance of lifts
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
