You will follow established SOPs, participate in setup, and work with the team to maintain efficiency and reduce waste, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical skills to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to solve problems and meet daily targets.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Basic computer skills for standard manufacturing software or logs.
• Clear communication within a manufacturing team.
• Ability to read a tape measure and measure parts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead teardown and setup of jobs on the press.
• Follow set up procedures for given machines.
• Complete tasks within time limits to meet daily goals.
• Ensure materials meet customer specs and order requirements.
• Work in a team and support colleagues as needed.
• Meet daily goals with close alignment to peers.
• Minimize waste and comply with SOPs and safety rules.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and GMP/SQF focus.
